This fall, juniors and seniors at Whitman will have more housing options than ever, including on-campus residence halls, interest houses, sororities and fraternities, the new Junior-Senior Village apartments, Whitman-owned off-campus rentals, and privately owned off-campus rentals.

The Residence Life and Housing Office now manages all of the Whitman-owned student housing processes.

Sign-ups for the next Junior-Senior Housing Lottery will take place from Wednesday, Feb. 12, through Tuesday, Feb. 25, and will include both the Junior-Senior Village apartments and a variety of Whitman-owned off-campus housing units.

The Junior-Senior Village will consist mostly of three- and four-person apartments, with individual rooms for each student. They have full kitchens, are semi-furnished, and include shared living spaces and laundry facilities. Other Whitman-owned off-campus student rentals are a mix of stand-alone, unfinished houses and apartments, all within walking distance of campus.

Two upcoming Junior-Senior Housing Forums, on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 4:30 p.m. in Stanton Hall, will provide more information. Bring your questions! (Flyer attached.)
